We were tasked with co-ordination of the domestic and international book launches for the memoir of Professor Arnold Dix in Melbourne and New Delhi India.

The Melbourne launch was held at the Victorian Tunnelling Centre which was themed as Arnold's fame is the rescue of 41 trapped workers in a tunnel collapse in the Himalayan mountains in northern India in late 2023.
The High Commissioner of India Gopal Baglay travelled from Canberra to officially launch the book on February 3rd 2025. The event involved co-ordinating with the venue, and a large invite list including a number of VIP's and politicians.
The launch of "The Promise" in India was held at the Australian High Commission in New Delhi. The Australian High Commissioner Philip Green officiated at the event.
It was a complicated task organising the event and co-ordinating with Embassy staff, the local publishing arm of Simon and Schuster as well as India media.
With a new cover published just for the Indian market the book was launched on February 6th 2025.
